Crofton Freedom Tryouts

  • The primary tryouts for the 2009/2010 season have concluded. Thank you to all the girls that came out. The coaches will begin making their selections shortly. They hope to complete the selection process soon.

Crofton Freedom Win Mason Dixon Cup

  • Crofton Freedom won all four of their games to win the Mason Dixon Cup in Hagerstown. The Freedom took a reduced squad to the tournament due to vacation schedules and played the first game with no substitutes. The remaining games were played with only one or two substitutes. The Freedom and their guest players showed the same grit and determination which, combined with intelligent and skilled play, has lead them to great results all season. Crofton Freedom Continue Winning Ways at Sand Duels

  • The Crofton Freedom capped of an amazing season with more awards at the Sand Duels Beach Soccer Challenge. The Freedom entered two teams in the tournament. One team played a year up in a U14 division along with guest players Nicolina and Kim. This team finished in second place with a 3-1 record. The Freedom's other team played in a U13 division and finished in first place with an undefeated record (4-0). Congratulations to the Freedom players and guests!

Crofton Freedom Clinch WAGS U13 Div 5R Title!

  • The Crofton Freedom finished a phenominal WAGS season undefeated with a record of 6-0-2. This earns the Freedom 20 points which is enough to clinch a first place finish as the only undefeated team. During the 8 game season, they scored an amazing 22 goals while allowing only 7 goals. Crofton Freedom HMMS Tournament Finalists!

  • Congratulations to the Crofton Freedom for earning second place in the HMMS tournament U13 Division 2. The Freedom started the tournament with a very physical match that ended in a disappointing 1-0 loss. Their second game was also physical but they persevered for a 3-2 victory. The next day the girls had an early morning game against an good opponent. The game looked like it was going to end as a 2-2 tie but the Freedom managed to score with minutes left in the match to win it 3-2. The team ended the tournament with a dominating 4-0 win to earn enough points for second place. The entire team should be proud of fighting through heat, exhaustion, and injuries to earn their trophies. Special thanks to team doctor Lisa for running our sideline medical tent. Winter Indoor Soccer Results

  • Congratulations to Crofton Freedom's second place finish in the Soccerdome's U14 girls 2nd Division of Winter Session 1. The Freedom finished with a record of 6-1-1. The division standings can be found at: Session 1 standings
    Congratulations again to the Crofton Freedom for finishing second in the Soccerdome's U13 girls Satuday Division of Winter Session 2. Crofton Freedom finished the session with a record of 6-1-1. They allowed the fewest goals of any team by allowing just 6 goals in 8 games while scoring 23. The division standings can be found at: Session 2 standings.
